What can we fix?

As stewards of our partners' brands, we take their brand promise seriously and follow their warranty guidelines.  


Generally, we can repair or replace spare parts such as: 


  • Broken zippers, zipper pullers
  • Broken luggage wheels, handles, TSA locks
  • Minor stitching work
  • Broken bike traps



My hard-sided luggage cracked - can you fix it?

We cannot fix cracked luggage shells as we do not have the  equipment, training, or authorization to perform this type of repair.  We will follow in accordance to the brand principals' warranty guidelines.



I bought my item from overseas - do you honor international warranty?

Yes, we will honor the brand's international warranty as per their guidelines and requirements (ex. proof of purchase if required).



Why does item repair take so long?

Several factors can affect the repair leadtimes such as scheduling & logistics of item repairs and/or availability of spare parts.
